fundraising & spring auction

Poulsbo Cooperative Preschool is a non-profit school.  Fundraising is utilized to keep our tuition affordable, as well as covering our operational expenses.  It also allows us to purchase new equipment and supplies, as well as continued maintenance of our school.

Our largest and most profitable fundraiser each year is our annual Spring Benefit Dinner and Auction.  Our auction is a fun community event with food, entertainment and an abundance of items donated from local businesses, friends, and families.  Each Preschool family participates in the auction by soliciting donations, and serving in one area of auction preparations or during the event.

Depending on our needs, we may also have other fundraisers throughout the year.

Spring Auction

Our Spring Benefit Dinner and Auction will be on Saturday, March 10th 2012 from 6:00-9:30pm (the first Silent Auction Table will close at 7pm). It will be held at Island Lake Camp (12500 Camp Court NW, Poulsbo). This year’s focus is on “Outdoor Learning Centers” for our preschoolers.

Some of the past auction items include:

  • Poulsbo Fire Dept. birthday party for 10
  • SilverCloud Inns and Hotels on Broadway 1 night stay
  • Dinner for 4 at the Met in Seattle
  • Guest Inn in Poulsbo Jacuzzi room and King Size bed for a night
  • 2 tickets to the Seattle Seahawks preseason game
  • And dozens more!

Invite your friends and family.  This is an event you don’t want to miss!  We’re a not-for-profit preschool and this auction supports all the wonderful things we do.
