There are several ways to enroll your child:
Online
To enroll your child online, please download the Registration Form 2011-12 and email it to our Registrar at registrar@poulsbocooppreschool.org.
You may also mail your enrollment information to:

Once your enrollment is received, you will receive an email confirmation from our Registrar requesting your $40.00 enrollment fee to guarantee your space.
